The neighbourhood next to the Prasad Sen Ghat and Duff School has a rich collection of heritage structures. The three that we highlight below are:
* Narendra Bhavan: An architecturually and historically significant building with a grand portico and elegant Doric columns. It was known as "Linden Rust" and belonged to A. Boggard, a member of the Dutch East India Company (VOC) council.
* Prasad Sen Ghat
* CBP Pillar marking the northen boundary of the Dutch Fort Gustavus
